Yes, anyone can access information about every trademark application via the official trademark registries. Each jurisdiction has a dedicated website of the IP office where you can access this registry. Since these registries are public by default, they include information about trademark owners, representatives, and the trademarks themselves.
Before every registration, providing information about who is becoming an official holder of a respective trademark is compulsory. A type of owner must be included as well - a physical person or a legal entity. Failing to provide such information will prohibit anyone from registering a trademark. Moreover, an official address is another required information that has to be provided together with the name of the applicant. In case the applicant is a company, the address where the company currently resides must be included. If the applicant is a physical person, a home address must be provided.
